Succession & Sustainability – A New Perspective

Join us this October for Lube Media’s Succession & Sustainability, ‘A New Perspective’, Conference where we take a forensic and innovative look at what needs to be done to ensure our industry meets the challenges of the future.

On Succession, the future of our industry will depend on how we attract and retain talent into the sector whilst providing the right support and opportunities to maximise each individual’s contribution to the organisation. Sustainability is also a critical business strategy aimed at how we maximise opportunities from net zero economies by embracing new technologies, diversifying markets with new products, and engaging new customers, profitably.

We will discuss and debate how we can move forward with confidence and compliance meeting our economic growth objectives whilst meeting the challenges of an industry at the forefront of market-disrupting change.

Following our very successful Women in The Lubricants Industry 2020 and Sustainability Conference 2022, we are delighted to bring you our third event. A natural successor from where we left off, and where we as an industry, need to focus.

Taking place on Wednesday 18th October at Leonardo Royal, St Paul’s, Central London with a networking reception in the evening of Tuesday 17th October.  Be the first to hear the latest and access more information including an exclusive Early Bird Price of £495 for UKLA members (£595 non-members) available for bookings made by 1st June 2023!*

Sponsorship opportunities allow you to increase your brand awareness, attract new clients and enhance your business relationships with current customers. About the hotel

Relish the contrast of past and present at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s, a sophisticated hotel in an amazing city centre location. Hear the church bells ring from the vaulted dome of London’s iconic cathedral (more details below), and see the city dazzle at night from the modern day Millennium Bridge.

From the impressive entrance pillars to stunning rooftop views, this elegant London hotel makes a big impact. Spacious rooms feel modern and tranquil, and the large windows overlook vibrant city streets. The emphasis on style and luxury continues in the oriental-style spa and fitness centre, the 18m swimming pool, and the Atrium’s collection of smart bars and restaurants. We have negotiated preferential rates for you if you wish to use the spa (pool and gym are included if you are staying at the hotel).

Should you wish to extend your stay, you can walk across the river to Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe, Borough Market and the London Eye, shop in the fashionable designer outlets of One New Change, or hop on a train at three local Underground stations for museums, theatres and galleries further afield.

If you wish to visit St Paul’s there is a 7.30 Morning Service which is free to attend or if you want to explore the cathedral there is a free ticketed tour daily at 3pm, reserve tickets here
