Hello, and welcome to our UK STEM Ambassador Programme; a LUBE Media initiative in association with STEM UK.
Our programme is aimed at encouraging the interest and participation of UK students into our industry in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Our main goal is to inspire and engage with the next generation of innovators, scientists, and leaders in STEM fields by introducing professionals from our lubricant industry into schools and universities to showcase who we are, what we do and what opportunities are available.
This programme provides a hands-on approach to learning, giving students the chance to engage with STEM concepts through interactive experiences. STEM Ambassadors are experienced and passionate industry professionals from all departments (R&D, Marketing, Logistics) who are dedicated to fostering a love of learning and curiosity in our participants. In association with STEM UK, representatives from the lubricant industry across the UK can visit their local schools/universities to participate in career option days, science days and individual representation to specific groups of interest ie chemists and engineers. Ambassadors will talk about who they are and what they do and most importantly, how without lubricants the world would not function.
At LUBE, we strive to encourage a supportive and inclusive environment where all students can thrive and develop their skills and interests. We believe that STEM education is vital in creating a better future for our world, and we are committed to making it accessible to everyone. Discover the endless possibilities of STEM UK!

As a STEM Ambassador, you’ll be able to access online resources, browse and support voluntary activities, and create offers to support schools and youth groups. For an organisation and the individuals working within it, this can be a fantastic opportunity to have a positive impact on the community and help grow interest and knowledge in STEM careers for young people in education.
