The 2026 conference programme will spotlight the key challenges and opportunities shaping the Middle Eastern lubricants market, offering actionable insight across five headline themes:
- Lubricant Durability and Performance – Addressing the demand for oils with enhanced oxidation stability, temperature and water resistance, and extended service life tailored to harsh regional environments.
- Market Credibility – Exploring strategies to strengthen trust in locally manufactured lubricants through quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and cross-industry collaboration.
- Sustainability and Rerefined Base Oils – Examining the regional rerefined base oil supply chain, carbon footprint reduction methodologies, and lifecycle analysis approaches.
- Technology Integration – Uncovering how AI, IoT, and online monitoring tools are enabling predictive maintenance and data-driven lubrication management.
- Skills Development – Tackling the regional technical knowledge gap through training, certification, and knowledge exchange in lubrication management and oil analysis.
Across three days of presentations, panels, and case studies, the conference will provide attendees with strategies to:
- Strengthen the reputation and competitiveness of regional lubricants in both domestic and export markets.
- Combat performance challenges such as oxidation, varnishing, and sand contamination in turbines and heavy equipment.
- Explore how AI, IoT, and real-time monitoring are transforming lubrication management and predictive maintenance.
