
SIP Limited (“SIP Speciality Oils and Fluids” or “SIP”) and KRAHN Chemie GmbH (“KRAHN”) announce a long-term distribution partnership covering specific European countries for certain parts of the SIP product portfolio.
The partnership will broaden the footprint of the SIP range of premium industrial base oils in the European market and help meet the growing demand for premium products and for more robust supply options. SIP has teamed up with KRAHN to market and promote the product portfolio to industrial markets across Europe. Under the terms of the agreement KRAHN will market, sell, warehouse, and support the SIP portfolio of premium industrial baseoil products with immediate effect, including the SIP ID, SIPMET and SIPPAR brands. The chemical distributor will also promote SIPMED and SIPTECH products for the food grade lubricant segment.
The agreement applies to the KRAHN sales regions Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and through subsidiary KRAHN Hellas, in Greece, Cyprus and Israel, too.
