In the event that the Advertiser terminates this advertising contract prior to its full term, any invoices previously issued under this contract shall be deemed paid in full. However, the Advertiser agrees that all such invoices will be recalculated and a supplementary invoice will be issued to reflect the difference between the discounted rates that were initially applied and the full rate card prices. This adjustment is made on the basis that the contract was initially negotiated at a discounted rate for the complete insertions planned for the calendar year.
