• Chevron Oronite announces change in leadership

  

  Chevron Oronite has announced the appointment of Laurent Jumelle as President of Chevron Oronite, effective December 16, 2025. Jumelle succeeds Cary Knuth who has assumed the role of Vice President of Specialty Sales in Chevron.

• Chevron Oronite completed the Construction of its new warehouse at Gonfreville l’Orcher, France

  

  Chevron Oronite is pleased to announce the completion of its new warehouse at their Gonfreville l’Orcher plant in France. This state-of-the-art warehouse, which will store drums and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), is automated and equipped with the latest advances in warehousing and logistics, while also meeting current environmental and safety regulations.

  On 13th November, Chevron Oronite received an additional approval from Volvo for its OLOA 61530 high tier heavy duty universal additive. With the addition of this VDS-5 approval, Chevron Oronite is now offering a versatile product that includes key European high tier OEM approvals.

  Colleen Cervantes, currently the president of Chevron Chemicals, will retire on April 3, 2023, after nearly 40 years of service to Chevron.
